In this workshop school teachers join academics and instructional designers to create a set of courses with the aim of making them good enough and exciting to take straight to the classroom - remote or in-person. This model is hopefully more practicable considering the various disruptions the country is undergoing right now. Our common aim is to be ready with these web-based components once the situation gets better, or the next school year the latest.
This is a long-term, low-intensity workshop. We plan to finish our work at the end of the year 2022 so that the teachers can start conducting the courses from the beginning of 2023.
In order to participate in the workshop the teachers need to have basic Moodle skills, either passing out Module 2 or equivalent. The inaugural session will be conducted on Thursday 24 March 2022, 16:30 local time.
